After a business deploys the reputation management solution, an email is sent to their clients soliciting feedback on their experience. If the feedback is positive, Reputation Igniter makes it easy and encourages the client to leave a review of the business on Facebook, Yelp, or Google Reviews. If the feedback is negative, the negative feedback is forwarded to the manager for remediation.
